Our manual data entry is performed using an advanced dual-entry verification
process. Verification of data can be 100% or based only on specific fields. The programs are setup to follow the logical flow of the questionnaire or form. Operator statistics are monitored to ensure accurate, high-quality data. There are 2 shifts of experienced data entry operators,
most with over 25 years experience.
Coding
CDPS will build codes from verbatim data, create your code sheets and code the open-ended questions to turn that valuable text into meaningful data that can be analyzed and tabulated. Our coders have over
10 years experience coding voluntary comments.
Transcription
Let CDPS take care of your focus group or medical transcription. We have knowledgeable staff trained in the terminology.

IRS AUTHORIZED W2/1099 ELECTRONIC FILING
CDPS, Inc. is an IRS authorized transmitter of
electronic W-2 and 1099 returns. The IRS strongly encourages all filers to
transmit information returns magnetically or electronically regardless of the
number of returns and requires it for filers with more than 250 returns.
CDPS, Inc. offers the following ways to file your returns:
Electronic Filing Only - Upload your W-2 and 1099 data electronically with IRS
or SSA. You prepare and mail recipient forms.
Complete Package - Upload your W-2 and 1099 data electronically with IRS or SSA.
In addition, we print and mail all forms except the state copy.
If you already have your data on your system, that file can be imported into our
software, relieving the need for additional data entry.
Using our scanning and VPN services, a business can have their W-2 or 1099 forms
scanned into a PDF format and stored on our secure site for printing and viewing
by the respective recipient.
