The IRS strongly encourages all filers to transmit information returns magnetically or electronically regardless of the number of returns and requires it for filers with more than 250 returns. CDPS, Inc. offers the following ways to file your returns:

Electronic Filing Only - Upload your W-2 and 1099 data electronically with IRS or SSA. You prepare and mail recipient forms.

Complete Package - Upload your W-2 and 1099 data electronically with IRS or SSA. In addition, we print and mail all forms except the state copy. 

If you already have your data on your system, that file can be imported into our software, relieving the need for additional data entry.

Using our scanning and VPN services, a business can have their W-2 or 1099 forms scanned into a PDF format and stored on our secure site for printing and viewing by the respective recipient.
